I pernah kena macam tu a few times. Bukan cheese cake aje. Lain2 cake pun sama. Reason being, I tak taruk base tu betul2. So dia tak rapat. Loose base pan pun sama. Kalau taruk tak sama level, mesti drip masa tgh baking.

Semalam I buat tart shells 60 biji. Pastu simpan dalam airtight container. Hari ni tadi baru taruk filling sebab nak bawak pergi minum petang kat rumah kawan. I buat 30 biji je...

Plat, tadi I cheese tart guna cream cheese yang macam Mallan cakap tu. Tapi nampak pelik sikit, rasanya pun pelik sikit..macam berminyak sikit kat atas tu

Well tonight, first time dalam sejarah I buat cheesecake tak jadi...sebabnya nak jimat duit, I beli store brand cream cheese! The supermarket nak promote creamcheese depa, so they put side by side, increase Phili cream cheese 79 cents extra, and sells theirs for 99 cents.  Berpuluh kali I buat cheesecake, this is the first time tak jadi, masa start tu hati I dah terasa lain because the the texture was so different. Next time I will stick to Phili cream cheese brands. Tak kisah lah mahal sikit but menjadi.

Malam ni I test buat resipi baru. It is Chocolate Flan Cake. Bottom is Devil Moist Choc batter, on top is Flan. It turned out wonderful. It kind of sweet, taste deliciousl. On top curah caramel.

Amboi2 adik2 kat sini, masing2 buat kuih memacam. I ni bz sikit. Sebok baca blog dan asyik gi ziarah Thread CI dan Local Politic.

Maklumlah parti yg I sokong selama ni menang banyak. Dpt memerintah selangor lagi. tu sebok nak baca perkembangan terkini.

Hiro, nak tanya..how do you stay slim dengan semua ni?

BTW, I dah try your NY Cheesecake. Tak guna Phil creamcheese, tapi local brand. As you said before better stick to phil cheese tapi I tambah lemon juice to cut the too creaminess taste.

Amende slimnya...I am the heaviest in my life now nih, asyik turun naik gym je since last month, ada la sikit turun. By the way, I masak je, makan tak sampai few spoon...tu jelah rahsianya ...hubby I yang memang minat sangat dessert, so dia jadi tukang test lah, selebihnya angkut ke office.

aku pun berkenan jugak tgk choc cake flan tu. boleh la nak buat , aku baru ja beli devil moist cake dlm kotak. NY cheesecake cali menarik gak, walaupun aku kureng sket cheese cake ni. and segala tok nenek tart ni, wassalam ajalah.

plat, avvie tu pantai blkg rumah hang ka? kalau ya ..bestnya.. tak susah payah nak beli tiket pi carribean..
