esok sahur menu roti pita + coleslaw aje.. motip tetiba nak diet..

kuah laksa berbuka tadi bole simpan untuk dua hari lagi kut.. lagi pekat kuahnya nanti..

hari ne gigih gi bazar larkin pula.. pelik napa ramai polis kat stadium?.. rupanya ada bola malam ne..

so menu hari ne sket jah..

- ikan siakap bakar
- sup urat
- siput sedut (tak sedap langsung)

air kelapa dan air tembikai..

tu je..

daku search sambal hitam kat fb.. dapat 2 page yang macam best..

order dua2 tempat.. tengok sambal siapa sedap.. kalau dah habis baru gegar sambal forumer heeee..

hoccay i berbuka  kurma 1 biji terjumpa dalam balutan palstik dalam bilik , well...plain water... 4 biji cherries....then solat , then ...mini bagels and then plain water again...then hmm teringat cheese cake dalam fridge office...tengah ngap. i have another insya ALLAH 4 more hours to eat and drink and etc etc

sahur pagi tadi mcm beselera je aku..
lauk sambal pedas sadin kecik ngan telo dadar garing..ole kerna dh biasa makan 1/4 itu la kuantiti aku makan lapa atau tidak..kalu makan lebih kui atau apa2 yg lain esoknya aku akan "buangkan" balik.

3.Sambal Ikan Bilis Dan Kacang
Bahan-bahan
  • 100 g ikan bilis goreng dan sejukkan
  • 200 g kacang tanah goreng dan sejukkan
  • sedikit air asam jawa
  • 3 sdb gula garam secukup rasa
  • Minyak menumis 1/2 cawan
  • Bahan Giling 30 tangkai cili kering
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 7 ulas bawang merah- Blend semua bahan sehingga halus
Cara-caranya
  • Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan blend Masukkan gula,garam dan air asam biar sehingga agak gareng dan kering bersakar sedikit.
  • Padamkan api dan biarkan sejuk seketika
  • Masukkan kacang goreng dan bilis goreng..gaul rata dan pastikan sambal menyaluti kacang dan bilis sepenuhnya

sedap ni jang oii...versi basah..akak suka versi kering skit. cuma guna bawang merah diracik halus dan cili blender.
tumiskan bawang dulu pastu masuk cili kasi agak kering dan garing masuk garam, gula skit je..cepat2 msuk bilis dan kacang gaul2 angkat.

cari leklok..mcm ramai je yg jual sambal begoreng ni..kena pandai pilihla.
la ni tk bole beli 2.00 mcm dulu dah kan..kena 3.00 tu pun secupit je..

Pagi td tgk dlm peti ais ade lg dua bungkus pes laksa sarawak. Ptg ni boleh buat. Berbuka dgn laksa sarawak jer.

Semalam buat agar-agar milo oreo. Ade lg balance. So arini mkn simple jer.
