Choc Chips Muffin guna resepi Nigella Lawson
Pandan Muffin
resepi asal:Kim's Moist Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup buttermilk *
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon pandan emulco
for topping:
15g mentega
15g gula
30g tepung gandum
Campurkan mentega dan gula hingga sebati. Tambahkan tepung sehingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti. Ketepikan atau simpan di dalam peti ais.
Method
Preheat oven to 180癈.
Grease muffin tins or use liners.
Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well.
Mix all wet ingredients together and pour into the well.
Add flavourings and mix well until just combined.
Place in tins,sprinkle topping and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. (maisya bakar dalam 25 minit)
*Buttermilk Substitute
1. Place a Tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice in a liquid measuring cup.
2. Add enough milk to bring the liquid up to the one-cup line.
3. Let stand for five minute. Then, use as much as your recipe calls for.

Muffin guna resipi Kim's Moist Muffin yg sankuriang recommend..tapi saya punya jadi oily..

letak 1/2 cwn oil and 1cup milk..lepas tu gula letak 1/2 cwn 2 sudu , jadi tawar pulak.. |

ya...tapi yg tu sebab maisya tak de apa-apa bahan tambahan( choc chips etc ) so buttermilk tu guna 3/4 cup jer...kalau ada tambah apa-apa rasanya better letak 1 cup milk. |
