hiss.. ko nih.. dah jelas penerangan ku itu.. umah barussss.. mmg trend skrg developer byk yg offer umah ngan furniture.. tapi optionlah.. kalu xnak tolak jer.. die refund balik duit tuh.. aku tgk showroom itu hari.. rasenya tak berbaloi dengan RM15K utk kos furniture tu.. that why aku tolak

hubby br call pemaju br ni...pemaju bgtau tu kesilapan teknikal pemaju so xde interest...coz kami borg utk apply loan kt BPP pun blom antar lagi (dah lengkap isi sumer bln 2 aritu cuma borg cagaran je blom dpt)...pemaju ckp bagi lengkap baru bleh antar ke BPP...btul camni eh?tapi kami sign S&P tu awal bln 1 hari tu...umah dah siap masa kami sign ni...cuma tunggu CF je lagi skrg...

bukan apa tanya ni cuma nak tau btul ker keadaan mmg mcm ni nak beli umah...maklum la 1st house so xtau apa2 sgt hehe...

BPP xkan bayar selagi dokumen 16A or 16N setle.. dah complete baru bayar.. ade dlm laman web BPP.. cepat atau lambat semenya atas pemaju.. pemaju akan kenakan interest berdasarkan S&P.. kena bace S&P betul2..

Tu lah, kes kena bayar interest kat pemaju ni memang jadi masaalah.  Bank release lambat punya hal kita yang kena.  Lawyer pulak macam endah tak endah.  Aku kena dalam RM600.  Itupun nasib baik aku sedar awal, so everytime dapat letter pemaju mintak payment aku akan get in touch dgn bank make sure depa release within stipulated time.

yup.. betul tuh.. event lambat sign s&p pon still kena interest.. late payment pon kena interest.. kalu pemaju cakap.. lawyer free tuh pon ade hiding cost sebenarnya.. s&p plak bukanya die bagi bawak balik n study dulu.. die panggil n mintak kite sign terus jer..

pemaju xkan pedulik bank lambat atau BPP lambat.. yg die tau profit jer,,, carenya.. setiap surat mintak payment dr pemaju kpd bank.. mesti ade CC kpd buyer.. call bank suruh  wat payment segera..

pemaju xkan buat surat tuh.. kena tanye unit mane tuh yg cakap x kena interest? mcm kes aku.. dulu bah marketing jual cakap.. rebet amik kunci terus dapat.. aku tanye.. betul ker? yup.. dengan confident.. skrg dah amik kunci.. aku tanye mane rebet?.. pemaju cakap.. tunggu paling cepat pon 6 bulan.. aku marah ler.. apsal lambat sgt.. dulu janji amik kunci terus dapat? katenya.. oooo itu bah. marketing.. bukan unit credit.. aku pon cakap ler.. bukan ker u bawah company yg same? katenya.. betul.. tapi unit lain2..  die org nih mmg lahir utk menipu  

same gak kes interest.. aku tanye.. kenape aku kena interest psl bukan salah aku.. u yg salah lambat bagi dokumen pd bpp.. kate pemaju.. ini besa encik.. seme org akan dikenakan interest.. kalu tak bayar interest.. encik x boleh amik kunci.. mintak maaf yee

tadi hubby call lagi tanya pemaju...tp ckp dgn org lain..bkn dgn org yg sll kami deal tu...bila tanya2 dia ckp ada lagi 2-3 org yg beli under dia pun kes mcm ni...dpt lambat...pastu nak kena tunggu kelulusan lesen dari kementerian perumahan..tu yg lambat..dia ckp org yg buat loan gomen jer yg lambat mcm ni..kl yg apply loan bank xde masalah ni...huhu...tah la tunggu jer la nanti camna...kl ada gak interest xtau la nak wat camna lak..sbb org ni pun ckp xkan kena interest
