ako xtry lagi...
sbb busy sgt ngan final year project punye presentation
nnti dah balik umah cuti sementara nk tunggu dpt keje
ako nk try r wat... by the way, ako ada jenjanlan kt satu blog ni, dia tunjuk mcm mn
nk wat rice cake manually... yg gerenti halal punye...

ada sesapa pernah buat sundubu jigae tak & ada resepi?

ada sesapa pernah buat sundubu jigae tak & ada resepi?

pernah mkn kat rest spring potato kat gom ...

ni respi yang biasa i guna..

Bahan:
minyak cili-optional
chili powder
garlic
anchovy stock -rebus dried kelp dengan ikan bilis..then tapis
lala..preferably short neck clam..kalu takde lala tempatan pon okay
soft tofu
korean leek-kalu takde boleh guna daun bawang
cili hijau besar potong bulat
Bawang besar
telur
a dash of nampla sauce/myeolchi aek

Bancuh chili powder dengan garlic, panaskan hot stone/periuk dengan minyak cili.Kalu takde leh opt for minyak biasa...then tumis..masukkan anchovy stock...then masukkan lala dan soft tofu...perasakan dengan garam n nampla sauce...last skali masukkan korean leek/daun bawang, cili hijau, bawang besar...before serve masa dia tengah panas pecahkan telur....

Dried kelp tu macam ni rupa dia..yang kepingan hitam tu...ia sejenis seaweed and commonly used dlm masakan korea yang jenis bersup...mmg akan lain rasa sup with and without kelp ni..

biasa beli dekat kedai korea dekat ampang..setentang dengan hotel de palma...dekat situh ada dua kedai korea....tak sure aeon ada ke tak..sepatutnya ada la kot sbb org jepun guna jugak..org jepun panggil kombu...

Rasanya klu supermarket area kl yg banyak expatriate senang jumpa kombu ni.
Cari kat area brg2 organic, kat isetan KLCC & jaya grocer pun ada.

Wow rajinnya

juan buat kimchi ramen pakai maggie kari aje

2 paket maggie kari (guna 1 pek aje serbuk kari)
bahan tambahan lain:
bawang merah
bawang putih
gochujang
kimchi
fish ball
sesame oil
mcm2 sayur
telur klu nak tambah

klu tak jumpa area organic, cuba cari kat area japanese /korea. InshaAllah ada.

akhirnya berjaya jugak buat kimchi ..


buat sikit je.. pilot konon..


terpaksa buat lagi 2 bekas sebab kejap je dah abis..

bekas bawah sekali tu radish kimchi.. tapi mcm tak suka sangat sebab radish rasanya pahit.. memang camtu ke rasa dia?



nasi, daging panggang, kimchi, green tea dan pajeri terung (boleh pulak masakan melayu sesat kat sini)
chalmokgeseumnida!
