ooo... sy pakai oven murah ker... kena cucuk2 jugak ker.. smlm sblm bako muffin tu mmg sy panaskan oven dlm 20 mins..
pastu br masukkan muffin tu.. cuma bila oven dah berbunyi sy terus kuarkan muffin tu.. xderk plak sy cucuk.. ok thx yer nuds.. len kali kalo sy wat lg sy ikut cr ni..

sapa nk muffin tray yg ada 12 lubang tu? punyela semangat membeli.. tgk2 tak muat ovenla.. dokla terperap dlm cabinet. tak muat lg 1 inci je kot. tensen betul. rasa nk gergaji je!

eh.. betul berminat ke? taktaula baper saiz dia.. kt umah... nntila saya tgk kt umah. tp berbaloi ke nk beli... pos lg.. berat tu... bkn aluminium... hok itam tu. ada 12 lubang.  tensyen je tengok terperap kt cabinet. nk guna tak muat. ovenku kecik. sib baik oven free. klau beli.. sure dah ukur make sure muat bekas muffin tu.

semalam saya cuba resipi kim's basic muffin ke apa ntah.. tp kim's tu la...

alhamdulillah menjadi... tp texture dlm dia agak kasar. agak2 klau tukar vege oil yg dia guna tu kepada melted butter... apa jd ek? adakah texture dalam muffin tu akan jadi gebu sket? hajat di hati nk try buat yg ala2 kenny rogers tu... sbb anak2 suka betul mkn yg vanila flavour. nk beli selalu.. letih jugak ye sebiji rm2.20... hehe... tu gigih nk try buat sendiri.

haritu dah cuba wat resipi kt mane ntah. tp namanye tulis resipi ala kenny rogers la... tp a bit confuse pasal baking powder yg dia guna... 4 tbsp! tp dek kerana komen2 dlm tu ok je... takde lak mention pasal silap taip ke hape.. ku try la jugak. silapnye sbb adunan tu bnyk betul. ku sumbat penuh2 dlm cup tu. (almaklum first time wat muffin). dah tu... ha.. tu dia... melimpah ruah mcm alien jadinye. bila mkn... rasa baking powdernye kuat sungguh. tp.. mmg lembut n gebu la.. cuma tak sempat nk tgk samada jadi muffin top ke tak sbb dah melimpah ruah kan...

ada cadangan tak vanila muffin ala2 kenny rogers tu. muffin top yg garing... tp moist n gebu di dalam... yummy..

mesti ko tgk kat MYR...aku dah buat 2-3 kali..ya allahhh...rasa pekat betul baking powder..ramai gak yg konpius..ramai gak yg kata ok...aku tanya kak anis..dia pon ckp benda yg sama...so dia soh ganti ngan tepung naik sendiri...tukar tepung aja..lain sumer sama...kata kak anis..marbeles..aku pon nak try gak esok..nak boh filling plak..tp kurangkan sket gula dia..

nuds, rasanya ada tersalah faham kot dgn apa yg kak anis terangkan tu hari...kak anis ganti tepung gandum tu dan tukar kepada  tepung naik sendiri  (bila dah guna tepung naik sendiri ni, TAK PERLU dah bagi baking powder.) Mmg marbeles hasilnya bila guna tepung naik sendiri ni...masa buat ikut buta2 resepi tu...lidah kak anis rasa tajam dek penangan baking powder yg terlalu byk tu...ianya tak pahit cuma lidah rasa x best..so buat lagi sekali terus guna tepung naik sendiri...baking powder tak perlu bagi dah...cubalah...mmg best...

    oo... kupikir.. aku yg salah sukatan ke hape.. almaklum.. baru nk berjinak2... dok ikut resipi yg ramai bg feedback power la kan... bila try.. mak ai... 'pedo' lidah bak kata orang johor. terasa betul pekatnye baking powder tu... yela,..  4tbsp. tablespoon kan? nnti nk try gantikan ngan self raised la pulak. pastu... smlm tertengok AFC... ada sape ntah chef tu buat butter cake... sikit punye senang. pastu dia kata.. every one cup of flour...  guna 1 tsp baking powder. gitu eh ratio dia?


smlm tak puas ati.. try buat smula muffin yg kim's recipe tu... tp tukar lak dr guna vege oil... tukar guna melted butter. tp mcm sama je texture dia. apa yg buat texture jadi gebu ek? teknik bancuh adunan ke? so far saya buat muffin smua buat cara yg asingkan bahan basah ngan kering.. then baru combine all together. takde pukul2 telur bagai.

ni banana crumbs muffin tried sometimes ago. memang sedap tp hubby komen that breadcrumbs tu kena kurangkan gula.. yalah dia tak suka manis2. so lenkali buat leh adjust part gula tu.

muffin ni ada 2jenis...satu yg pukul...satu yg godak2 aja...kalau nak teksture halus..teknik dia pukul gula butter...tu dah jd cupcake...tu yg ringan, gebu...teknik bakar yg buat merekah...satu lg muffin yg berat, muffin ni bread type...dia ni yg main campor aja...adunan dia pon lumpy kan...kalau yg pukul butter n gula tu adunan dia lain...smooth...

nih semua apa aku paham laa...sifoooo buleh bantu....in my experience...aku lebey suka yg berat...sbb aku leh rasa dia punya feelllll....n most of my food tester...suka yg bread muffin...

that day i baru first time beli banana choc muffin kat Starbuck tu.. alamak, sedap la..
ada sesapa yg tahu mana-mana recipe kat sini yg ada close resemblance to that muffin?
pls la ye sesapa coz my kids suka sgt dgn muffin tu n suh mommy buat plak daaa..
