Macam mana nak control berat time pregnant?

Salam semua. Saya sekarang 10w pregnant..alhamdulillah..
Tapi masalah berat dah naik 7kg dah dari sebelum pregnant
Masa pregnant anak first aritu berat naik almost 30kg dari 60kg ke 89kg camtu..takut pulak kali ni jadi yg sama.

Boleh share tak tips macam mana nak control berat masa pregnant ni tapi still tak harm the baby?

Jaga kualiti makanan. Makan sikit tp kerap dan makan yg berkualiti, jgn makan "sampah".

since suka mengunyah
better kunyah sayur - cam carrot and tomato, saderi..eh?
and buah-buahan kurang kalori cam apple, anggur, delima
kekacang pun bagus
kurma, kismis

saya pregnent dulu pun naik 20kg
reason makan larut malam

i pulak masalah badan tak naik. dari 1week smpai skg 17 weeks xnaik berat iols statik je. risau pulak. and i jenis tak craving mcm u.. i makan macam biasa.  mati la i kena marah dgn nurse

saya pun kerap makan malam. dah kenyang tapi husband suka ajak keluar makan then makan lagi.
kat ofis ni pulak almost tiap hari ada je yg bawak makanan..balik rumah mak pulak masak macam2..dugaan betul

harap2 preggy kali ni berat tak naik...
aritu timbang maintain sama cm berat b4 preggy...nurse da bgtau jgn naik sebulan lebih dr 500g..
cuak gak nii..huhu

minggu ni 16 weeks..
kalau ikut prgy2 terdahulu setiap kali checkup bulanan msti naik 1-2 kg..
ni nurse da sound awal2 xleh naik byk mcm tuu..takut bby ade gdm..sbb ade history bby gdm..

ye lah dulu 30kg dari 60kg..ni start weight pun dah 72kg

nak xnak kena tahan nafsu jgk sis..
i mse preggy berat bdn naik melebihi yg sepatutnye..so kena la ulang alik hosptal bt tekanan darah...n ujung2 kena buat test darah berulang2...
puncenye naik berat bdn ni sbb time tu rye mknn sume sdap n i suke mkn tgh mlm..so nak xnak i kena control sndiri dgn mkn buah n kurma..xnak bg perut lapar n kenyang sgt.
.nasi pun i kecikkan portion.lunch bykkan mkn syur n ikan..
lps kul 8 mlm mmg xmkn nasi..just mkn buah2 byk mcm epal hijau n susu..limau..
tu je la i amalkan..lps ni klau preggy mmg xnak bnd camni berulang lg...
every morning mmg kena mkn kurma 2 biji n jus pati delima gulsan separuh sudu teh..

Saya takda tips sebab rasanya ramai lagi yang dah share tips. Cuma nak cakap awak kena bersyukur tau takda morning sickness teruk. Saya makan je muntah makan je rasa nak muntah. Berat maintain je smpai 12 weeks. Time makan ja memang lapar, tapi jadi stress and sedih sebab takda selera and taktau nak makan apa.

Kawan saya lagi la, dia siap kena warded sebab teruk sangat, perut dia asyik rejek semua makanan yang dia makan.

So be thankful! And eat all you want! Cuma maybe dalam kuantiti yang sikit.

i dulu naik byk pun tapi doc takde observe sgt..maybe sbb kat private mmg style camtu kan

now nak try control makan malam..takleh ikut nafsu sgt..kang dah naik lagi byk lagi susah.

u ada workout x time pregnant?

hehe..ya syukur takde morning sickness teruk. tapi dah kuat makan and kadang2 makan benda merapu ni badan jadi lemah pulak..

uish...start weight 70 keatas tu is not good kot...
maybe tkut u obes trus nnt..
sbb tu die soh control..
tu la..kene makan kuantiti sket and xleh makan malam...
tp paham..bile perut da lapa nak wt cmne kan..
try la makan kekacang ke..maybe bole kenyang..

x igt naik brp.rsenye naik mlebihi 1kg utk tempoh sebulan...mse tu preggy bpe weeks x igt....tp kt gomen mmg strict sikit kot..almost kena jmp pkr diet tp xsempat coz dh tberanak dah..
xde workout pun..ari2 byk gune tangga coz umh bertangga..tmpt keje pun naik turun tangga..yes mkn mlm mmg sgt2 kena control sis...i pun mcm u n husben..suke crk mkn kul 12/1 am..slalu g mamak je la.kdng g kdai mkn thailand...husben pun kdng suke beli mcd for supper..tp i kurang mkn mcd tu..sbb not good for baby..u mkn nasi sehari brp kali..i mkn 2 x je..tp amik separuh pinggan je tiap kali mkn..
