Harga Rumah Di Jakarta Tak Masuk Akal, Setara Banglo Di Hollywood?

Pelakon Indonesia Sophia Latjuba mengakui sering berpindah rumah setiap dua tahun kerana bosan tinggal di kediaman sama, lapor Suara.com.


Menurut bekas kekasih vokalis NOAH, Ariel itu, dia tidak memiliki rumah sendiri dan lebih selesa menyewa sahaja.

“Harga rumah di Jakarta tidak masuk akal, tidak berbaloi dengan keadaan rumah yang ditawarkan.


“Adakah anda tahu rumah di Jakarta itu setara harganya dengan banglo di Beverly Hills, Hollywood?” katanya.


Tambah Sophia, dia suka dengan tradisi pindah rumah setiap dua tahun kerana boleh meneroka daerah, kawasan perumahan baharu dan boleh menukar citarasa dalam pemilihan perabot serta reka bentuk dalaman.




  



“Seronok setiap dua tahun pindah rumah baharu sebab saya tidak boleh kekal di rumah sama sahaja. Itu akan membuatkan saya jadi gila,” jelas Sophia.

Aiyoh… ummah melayu jah pandang hina org yg menyewa ni.. ko pegi baca buku2 tentang financial dekk, mostly mmg menyewa rumah lg financially bijak dari membeli rumah… org kayo2 ada 7-8 bijik penthouse pun menyewa rumah org lain dekk… rumah sendiri buat rolling duit utk sendiri jah

Ni macam org negara maju xbeli kereta. Diorang lease. Tiap 3 tahun dapat kereta baru. Maintenance xde. Rosak atau eksiden dpat kereta sementara atau baru.

2014 ke bawah untung la beli sbb sewa lg mahal. Skrg ni untung lg sewa. Boleh dpt rumah agk mewah kalau ada budget around 1.2k . Merasa duk condo. Fasilities pulak owner byr. Owner byr almost 3k, kita as penyewa byr 1.2k sajork. Nnti after 2-3y kalau owner nk naikkan sewa, pindah jah unit lain. Nk lg best, pindah apartment lain berdekatan. Dpt yg baru. Apartment baru2 biasanya murah. Yg lama mahal

I xingat la uols. Uols boleh bukak mudah n riki2 kawasan sentul bersepah2 apartment 1.2k , 3 bilik. Area gombak pon ada. Jln ipoh n jln kuching. Last time seingat i maxim citilight. Ni dah few years later, sama ada kekal atau naik harga tp im sure still ada 1.2k since apartment kat kawasan kaw2 naik. Klau beli rumah kena byr 1.7k kurang2 sbb nk cover maintenance skali

Btw i x ckp luxury condo ye. Mksud i mewah tu dpt la apartment yg ada pool . Search je mudah u cari location kl / selangor, letak la hrga 1.2k. Klau beli maybe arnd 300k , bulan2 i estimate dlm 1.5k x include maintenance

Colliers International Indonesia Senior Associate Director of Residential Tenant Representation Lenny Sinaga said that there are indeed some locations in Jakarta that have too high prices and unreasonable.

"Mostly because the owner insists that the house can still go up in price, when it wants to be raised as high as anything the ends even become unsold," he said Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

Lenny exemplifies the price of a luxury house in Kemang is the same as in Kebayoran Baru, when in terms of location it is not possible to sell

iols pun suka design gitu rumah nampak lapang & x makan ruang..  dorg byk main colour yg soft mcm putih kelabu termasuk perabot.. rumah sini byk betul hiasan dalaman dgn pasu bunga merata cat dinding colour hijau la kuning la mcm rumah bonda rozita semak giler..
