Saqqara, the Necropolis
Main article: Saqqara

The famed stepped Pyramid of Djoser at Saqqara, the Memphis necropolis.Because of its antiquity and its large population, Memphis had several necropoleis spread along the valley, including the most famous, Saqqara. In addition, the urban area itself consisted of cemeteries that were constructed to the west of the great temple. The sanctity of these places inevitably attracted the devout and the faithful, who sought either to make an offering to Osiris, or to bury another.

The part of town called Ankh-tawy was already included in the Middle Kingdom necropolis. Expansions of the western sector of the temple of Ptah were ordered by the pharaohs of the 22nd dynasty, seeking to revive the past glory of the Ramesside age. Within this part of the site was founded a necropolis of the high priests.

According to sources, the site also included a chapel or an oratory to the goddess Bastet, which seems consistent with the presence of monuments of rulers of the dynasty following the Bubastis. Also in this area were the mortuary temples devoted by various New Kingdom pharaohs, whose function is parallelled by Egyptologists to that played by the Temples of a Million years of the Theban pharaohs

sapa yg bina this sphinx?

Pyramid of Djoser

Djoser was the first or second king of the 3rd Dynasty (ca. 2667 to 2648 BC) of the Egyptian Old Kingdom (ca. 2686 to 2125 BC).[1] He is believed to have ruled for 19 years or, if the 19 years were biennial taxation years, 38 years[6]. He reigned long enough to allow the grandiose plan for his pyramid to be realized in his lifetime[4].

Djoser is best known for his innovative tomb, which dominates the Saqqara landscape[5]. In this tomb he is referred to by his Horus name Netjerykhet. In fact, Djoser, is a name given by New Kingdom visitors thousands of years later[6]. Djoser’s step pyramid is astounding in its departure from previous architecture. It sets several important precedents, perhaps the most important of which is its status as the first monumental structure made of stone. The social implications of such a large and carefully sculpted stone structure are staggering[6]. The process of building such a structure would be far more labor intensive than previous monuments of mud-brick. This suggests that the state, and therefore the royal government had a new level of control of resources, both material and human[4]. Also, from this point on, kings of the Old Kingdom are buried in the North, rather than at Abydos. Furthermore, although the plan of Djoser’s pyramid complex is different than later complexes, many elements persist and the step pyramid sets the stage for later pyramids of the 4th, 5th, and 6th Dynasties, including the great pyramids at Giza[4]. Finally, another intriguing first is the identification of the architect Imhotep, who is credited with the design and construction of the complex[4].

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_pharaohs

kalau betul tu sphink of giza (gambar no. 2) dia berada pd zaman fourth dynasty....
dibina oleh raja firaun nama khafra...

Khafra (Greek, Χεφρήν; Chephren) — also Khafre — was an Egyptian pharaoh of the Fourth dynasty, who had his capital at Memphis. According to some authors he was the son and successor of Khufu, but it is more commonly accepted that Djedefre was Khufu's successor and Khafra was Djedefre's. Khafra's two chief wives were Queen Meresankh III whose mastaba tomb is located at Giza and Queen Khamaerernebty I who was the mother of his successor, Menkaura. Khafre was the builder of the second largest pyramid in the Giza Necropolis complex (his is 3 metres shorter than Khufu's). Most modern egyptologists also credit him with the building of the Great Sphinx.

hahahaa...

how about this?:

The Sphinx, which Egyptologists say is less than 5,000 years old, is actually at least 10,000 years old based on its weathering alone. Geologists confirm that it has been eroded by massive amounts of water which hasn’t been present in the Sahara for about 10,000 years. Egyptologists claim this weathering is just wind/sand erosion, but Geologists like Robert Schoch find that hard to swallow.

“In October 1991, Dr Robert Schoch, a geologist at Boston University, presented detailed evidence that the Sphinx was thousands of years older than the commonly accepted date of 2500 BC.-’

His conclusion was based on the weathering profile of the limestone rock, out of which the Sphinx had been carved. Visitors to the Sphinx today can clearly see the vertical weathering profile in the limestone trench surrounding the Sphinx. This erosion, according to the science of geology, could only be the result of prolonged rainfall, in contrast to the dry weather experienced in Egypt since 2500 BC. Based on the climatic evidence, Schoch estimated that the Sphinx had to be between 9,000 and 12,000 years old, when the climate in Egypt was much wetter.”
-Alan F. Alford, “Gods of the New Millennium – The Shattering Truth of Human Origins” (93-4)

thus.. make tapak piramid sekarang jadi padang pasir... = which also means... spinx sudah berada disitu sejak zaman Ice Age lagi..

hehe.. boleh google* klu tak pecaye.. *sebab aku pun buntu

mcm pernah terbaca.... hadis agaknya.

"tidak akan berlaku kiamat sebelum mesir kembali menjadi padang-padang rumput/hijau"
maksudnya:
-mesir sebelum ini memang kawasan hijau. (prairie?)
-polar shift mmg akan berlaku...

Nabi Adam ke bumi- 10,000 - 12,000 tahun dulu.
kalau sphnix dibina 12,000 - 15,000 tahun dulu,
maka yg buat sphinx bukan manusia.
