Technical Support Engineer – Level 1
Requirement:
- Basic TCP/IP knowledge
- Basic Linux operating system experience handling is advantage
- Experienced in hosting environment is plus.
- Basic knowledge on Apache, MySQL, PHP.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to work as a team.
Job Description:
- To handle major 1st level technical and minor non-technical enquiry from end user and assist them via ticket and phone and remote support.
Working hour:
8:30AM – 5:30PM
