Ada sesiapa tak kat sini yang pernah re-route destination dgn flight AA?
Contohnya, kita dah confirm booking utk ke Jakarta, ats sebab yang tertentu, kita terpaksa turun ke Medan pulak, boleh tukar tak? Sesiapa yang pernah ada kes mcm ni, please share your experience. |

Tak boleh tukar destination dah once kalau dah book. Yg boleh tukar tarikh atau masa. Tupun ada charge. |

salam sis2 semua.. i nak tanya uolls yg dah biasa web check in ni.. ni first time i buat untuk long haul flight (KUL-OOL).
i ikut notes kat post page 1, dah bayar untuk tix je for my family of 4.
i tgk flight i dah open untuk web check in hari ni. jadi seat, meal dgn insurance dah boleh purchase sekarang la kan SEBELUM web check in?
betul ke kalau AA dah buka web check in maknanya flight dah confirm tak kena postpone atau cancel ye?
tq pada yang sudi bantu i ya dalam menjawab persoalan2 ni..  |

Tak boleh tukar destination dah once kalau dah book. Yg boleh tukar tarikh atau masa. Tupun ada ch ...

Betul le tu seat, meal dgn insurance dah boleh purchase sekarang sebelum web check in. Betul le kalau AA dah buka web check in maknanya flight dah confirm tak kena postpone atau cancel. Kalau ia pun paling2 ada delay je. Anything else selalunya dia org akan sms dan email to passenger before departure.

Salam forumer sekalian. nak tanye. sy ade beli tiket return KL-KK last year. Pastu abg tibe2 nak ikot. Bile nak beli tiket waktu yg sama, flight dari KL ke KK ada tapi dr KK ke KL tak ada. Adakah maksudnye flight yg xde tu dah penuh atau mcm mane ye? |

i pernah reroute 7 days bfor fly, so i call air asia ask for refund.
thy want prove yg saya memang betul reroute before thy refund.
so i bought a new reroute ticket and email to them.
later they process and refund 100%.
tapi bukan refund dlm bentuk wang, tapi dlm bentuk credit akaun, dan diberi tempoh 6 bulan utk gunakan fund dlm credit akaun tu utk buat booking lain, tak perlu beli utk diri sendiri, boleh jer gunakan utk beli tiket org lain.
get all the conversation or promise in writting, by emails, ect... just to protect urself.

semua tiket penerbangan tidak boleh ditukar ganti nama.
misalnya dah beli untuk Ali.....Ali tiba2 tak boleh pergi dan kita nak suruh Abu ambik tiket tu dan ikut kita.
tiket Ali tu tak boleh ditukar nama.........burn gitu je.
kita kalau nak Abu ikut, kena beli tiket baru.

pencerahan untuk otai2 air asia. plan nak ambik flight scoot dan transit di Changi, Singapore. masalahnya kalau nak amik flight 1 PNR, connecting flight yg scoot bagi kena overnight di Changi. plan macam nak naik Scoot sampai Changi dan ambik Air Asia from Changi to KL. saya ada hand-carry je dalam keadaan mcm tu perlu ke clear immigration dan check in semula untuk Air Asia di Singapore? |
