this posting cought my eyes..and i think we should try very hard mencari makanan yg halal dan baik utk diri dan keluarga..
sebab dlm surah al baqarah ada byk ayat yg menerangkan kepentingan mencari makanan yang halal dan baik...hallalan toyiiban..
tadi tazkirah maghrib..ust tu kata, benda yang menjadi hijab antara doa kita kepada allah ialah apa yg kita makan dan minum..salah satu point lah...bila kita makan makanan yg syubahah or haram, ia menghalang doa kita utk sampai kepada allah...
sedangkan allah berfirman...berdoalah kamu nescaya akan ku perkenankan dan ada satu hadith

allah murka kpd mereka yg tidak berdoa kepadaNya...ust tu baca hadith ni tadi...tapi kalau kita doa jadi sia2 kan rugi..rugi rugi besar...

kawan2, ni ada nk share sket info  pasal halal guide.. harap2 dptmembantu kalau2 sapa2 nk check bahan2 makanan yang kita beli tue halalatau tak.. buleh simpan dlm hp lak lagik..senang ajek nk check.. so faryang saya check adalah coklat SNICKERS kalau ikot ingredient dia adavanila extract.  mengikut website yang saya refer, vanila extractadalah haram dan saya jugak dah refer pada jakim nyer website, bar codeutk SNICKER tiada dlm rekod jakim. jadik skang saya agak was2 nk makancoklat tue lagik..  tak tau halal ke haram..

satu lagi u all jgn beli kek buah yang dijual dikedai2 tanpa tau statusnya ..saya ada ambil kursus di ips..inst pertanian serdang...pengajar tu cerita..kek buah yg dijual tu memang guna bahan2 halal sbb tu dpt sijil halal..tapi ada final process yg tak halal...mereka akan spray sejenis alcohol..kek ni akan disusun dulu bila dah masak susun byk2 then spray alcohol di udara...atas kek2 ni then terus ditutup dgn sejenis foil...so kira udara yg dah bercampur dgn alchohol tadi akan jadi agent pelembab bagi kek2 buah ni supaya maintain moist...di tutup utk beberapa jam baru dipack masuk kotak...

Yg me tahu kebanyakan kek memang dicampur wine esp kat hotel2. Masa kat overc memang x berani la beli kek. Yg kat m'sia ni x pasti. Sayangnya kek yg dijual di kedai2 mana ada tulis ingredient kan? I prefer beli kat kedai kek muslim.

yup, saya check megi pon bar code tadak dlm rekod..ntah apa2 ntah..  mmg tak update langsung..

btw, kak suria, thanx sbb alert ngan posting saya..almaklumlah saya bukan pemegang 'title' hebat kat cari nie..so tak ramai yang alert..hohohoh..

jgn tak tau choc snicker ni favourite kat rumah tu...baru semalam hampir nak beli singgah petronas..tgk harga rm3..ish mahal baik bli kat econsave satu pack 6 bars baru 6 hinggit...maunya tak terkedu kalau tau ada benda tak halal ni...tadi sms anak kat darul quran tu dont eat snickers ada alcohol..dia punya favourite gak..mcm mana nak menghafal al quran kalau mkn benda2 mcm ni...

aku pun rasa nak kongsi gak la.
ini tentang makanan yang tiada tanda halal JAKIM tapi dimasak oleh orang islam.
aku nak kongsi 1 perkara. kita selalu yakin kalau masakan yang dijual apatah lagi dimasak oleh orang islam pasti halal kan.. jangan silap, tak semuanya.

korang pernah makan roti john, banjo, roti telur dan makanan lain yang bahan2nya telur?
korang perhatikan tak kondisi telur tu. dicuci atau tak. aku tengok majoriti besarnya tak basuh. yang masih bernajis pun ada.

sewaktu peniaga ni pecahkan telur tersebut, maka tersebarlah debu2 najis tersebut ke makanan yang hendak dimasak. maka jadi najislah makanan tersebut. so bila dah najis maka haramlah hukumnya.

kerana dalam islam bukan hanya sekadar halal tetapi HALALAN TOYYIBAN.

saya pernah ambil kursus kek dari seorang chef yg agak berumur jugak..dia ni biasa keja dgn hotel2 5 bintang seblm ni..last post was in shangrila hotel. he told us jgn lah makan kek di hotel2..memang definitely chef dia orang letak wine dlm kek tu...

dia masa belajar dgn chef mat salleh, dia junior chef waktu tu pun terpaksalah ikut ingredients chef mat salleh ni nak prepare food..tu yg was was nak makan kat hotel ni kalau chefnya mat salleh eloklah jauhkan or elakkan makan kat hotel ni dia orang suka letak wine dlm cooking..tu blm lagi peti ais bercampur daging halal dan haram..pisau2..dan alatan masak...
sbb tu hotel 5 bintang ni mana ada yg dpt sijil jakim...last yr saya cari hotel utk buat annual function pening kepala sungguh tgk list hotel yg ada sijil halal takat hotel seri malaysia..quality hotel ( fully booked pulak) lastly pi hotel kecik 3 stars gitu je..sape complaint i bg tau siang2 pi cari sendiri hotel bukan senang nak dpt hotel ada sijil halal...

Mars, Snickers and Twix chocolate bars
Masterfoods' brands are household names
Some of the UK's best-selling chocolate bars, such as Mars and Twix, will no longer be suitable for vegetarians.

Also affecting brands such as Snickers and Maltesers, owner Masterfoods said it had started to use animal product rennet to make its chocolate products.

Masterfoods said the change was due to it switching the sourcing of its ingredients and the admission was a "principled decision" on its part.

The Vegetarian Society said the company's move was "incomprehensible".

'Extremely disappointed'

Masterfoods said it had started using rennet from 1 May and non-affected products had a "best before date" up to 1 October.

The Vegetarian Society said it was "extremely disappointed".

"At a time when more and more consumers are concerned about the provenance of their food, Masterfoods' decision to use non-vegetarian whey is a backward step," it said in a statement.

"Mars products are very popular with young people and many will be shocked to discover that their manufacture now relies on the extraction of rennet from the stomach lining of young calves," it added.
