Usd 10 tu bukan naik taxi tapi tuk2. If taxi lebih mahal lagi. Tuk2 boleh naik 5-6 orang tanpa luggage.Perjalanan ke Killing Field dgn tuk2 ambil masa 30-40 min... jadi kalau lambat sangat bertolak takut tak sempat. Tak pasti waktu tutup tapi selalunya antara 4 ke 5 petang. Nanti i confirmkan dulu dgn kawan . |

Rate tu juga kita dapat tapi tak include breakfast sbb tak pasti halal ke tidak. I'm a bit fussy about food, lagipun restoran halal seberang jalan je. Sekali makan around USD1.5-2 je....
Yg selalu i tengok diaorang makan omelette, bread with jam, sausage and ham... I ni banyak was2, so untuk elakkan subahah i prefer bayar sendiri untuk makan. |

tulaa..tak halal ek..dia kata western..so dh emel dia td kata tanak cmplimentary breakfast tu.. dia bg discount $2 per room.. sbb amik byk bilik.untung gaklaa walau $2 pun.. |

nak safe, medium budget, bilik selesa dan luas, makanan pun halal, dekat dgn central market, dan tempat lain pun senang naik tuk tuk USD1-2 per trip .... duduklah di Holiday Villa. harga usd30 per nite including breakfast for two. |

price is about usd8-10 seorang cruise selama 1.5hrs ... also depends on the boat. we all ambil private boat, tak ada orang lain and it cost us only usd35. |

SR dari PP not that jauh but the roads there aren't as good as ours, so perjalanan tu mengambil masa. i would not recommend naik bas bagi sesiapa yang prihatin tentang keselesaan coz the roads are bumpy. |

the air in PP is horrible ... it's very dusty. it's a common sight lah kalau para lelakinya tiba-tiba menghadap dinding kat tepi jalan ... buka seluar .... and pancut kencing. i didn't do any walkabouts, i naik tuk-tuk pergi mana-mana (teksi kalau jalan dekat-dekat ni tak ada) so tak bau hancing pering ni but kawan-kawan yg jalan-jalan kata bau kekadang tu menyengat gak.
to me, PP is a place you go only once for the sake of going but not a place to go back and again. |

belum buk hotel lg..nk yg murah n walkin distance dgn tmpt2 yg menarik..ade suggestion x.. |

really, holiday villa is cheap for the room size and location. i didn't stay there tapi ada visit kawan yang duduk situ. biliknya besar for that price of USD30. makanan halal, breakfast included tapi nak makan tgh or dinner ... contoh menu mee goreng mamak, laksa kari, burger, nasi lemak all around usd5. kalau tak nak, boleh jalan kaki pergi KFC (halal - owned by malaysian) or naik tuk-tuk usd1 pergi mamak's corner or many other places yang ada makanan halal. kalau rajin or terdaya jalan boleh menyusur ke waterfront, russian market, sorya mall, dll ... tak larat jalan, naik je tuk tuk yang senantiasa ada dimana-mana saja. also near to bayon market nak beli air or snakcs or if nak dekat lagi kat sebelah tu pun ada TH supermarket. 24hr mart (macam 7-11) pun ada dekat je tak jauh. malam-malam boleh jalan-jalan pi depan PM office building ada tempat macam park untuk lepak-lepak. public bank pun dekat je if need to keluar duit. i duduk tempat lain tapi since kawan-kawan duduk di holiday villa, i just went back to my hotel waktu malam untuk tidur.  |

It all depends on your budget. I'm a budget traveller, so of course i'll count every cent spent during my travel. Even usd1 or 2 for some people which is nothing, but it's still $$$.
If u are a budget traveller, please consider to choose accomodation which is near to everywhere where u can walk and no need to spend money for transportation.. Indochine 2 hotel is near to everywhere. Its triple room cost USD 36 but can accomodate 6 people coz its single bed is as big as queen bed(may be 1 1/2 single bed). And its room is really very big. Just across the hotel is halal restaurant. U can spend around usd1-2 for a meal. U can try restoren Malaysia too which is 100meter from the hotel. Central Market, Riverside , Psar Kandal and Old market are all in walking distance...
Its quite safe to travel from PP to SR via express bus. If u want to save time , choose the night bus. No doubt the road is not as good as ours but the driver can't speed much, that is why 180 km takes 6 hours journey... |
