Best juga topik kat sini. Boleh joint tak? Nak tanya pendapat Jackie skit...Tiap2 pagi sblm gi kerja Suka2 akan bersenam selama 30 min. Suka2 guna PS2 utk. bersenam. Selama sebulan mengamalkan senaman 30 min. setiap hari, 6 x seminggu (Weight Lost / Cardio / Flexibility) tak ada apa perubahan pun. Berat badan x kurangpun. Macam tu...juga. Lepas tu..Suka2 increase jd. 1 jam setiap hr. 6x seminggu. Baru rasa bdn. makin fit & baju2 semakin longgar dan rasa cergas aje... Tapi berat badan still sama aje..Dah 2 minggu dah..
Tapi masalahnya sekarang ni...Suka rasa sakit2 di tengah2 betis bila bersenam. Kalau jln. ok aje tak sakit pun. Adakah ini. di sebbkan terlebih bersenam? Apakah perlu Suka2 kurangkan dr. 6hr. seminggu ke 3@4 x shj. dlm. seminggu? Minta jasa baik Jackie tolong explainkan kenapa jadi cam ni..ye... |

setelah tambah intensiti latihan, adakah kurang dari segi fat, or saiz sahaja? aktiviti aerobic ni jadi problem dalam pembentukan otot, dalam aerobik aktiviti biasanya tiada muscle conditioning. lagi2 dance dlm PS2, or even dance like belly dance. concept pembentukan otot adakah pulling and strengthening n dalam dance biasanya tidak mengikut line of muscle di mana lebih pada pergerakan badan. dlm ayat mudah ia contribute to heart pumping sahaja n bukan muscle pumping.jd hanya pembakaran lemak lebih senang terjadi compare to pembentukan mucsle
kenapa badan sakit? ini kita panggil delay onset muscle soreness. sakit yg dirasa selepas 1/2/3/4 training disebabkan stimulated muscle atau tisu yg koyak. biasanya sakit ni tak rasa ketika latihan. tapi mungkin juga sakit pasal overtraining. overtraining sympton biasa sakit untuk jangka masa panjang. maybe more than 2 weeks. |

30-40 tu boleh dipelbagaikan. cuba buat high low impact aerobic. kalau boleh buat slow jog, try slow jog dulu sebelum jalan laju, then baru masuk low impact cam jln laju. buat tukar2. high-low-high-low. untuk seberapa lama yg boleh. dalam masa sama, buat sekali senaman untuk bodypart, mcm untuk perut, kaki, tangan n boleh kata 1 badan. buat push-up, crunches, leg raise, knee curl, squat n lain2 yg boleh dibuat tanpa menggunakan apa2 alatan.
i cuba cari gambar2 pasal senaman tu kalau ada
bab makanan, pagi nasi lemak or bihun dah melambang tak berapa elok. untuk meal pagi, make sure ada protein n carbo. protein untuk body need pasal body dah lama tido n bila berjaga perlukan protein. carbo untuk tenaga keperluan sepanjang hari.
dlm menu cuba kurangkan makanan berminyak, terlalu tinggi gula n garam. cuba perbanyakan lagi meal kalau boleh. bab kuih, cuba elak yg terlalu manis or yg bersantan tinggi.

Rasa2nya saya ni...overtraining kut. Jackie perlu ke..saya berehat atau teruskan juga senaman ni....Kalau berehat lama2 takut Mr.M datang balik aje.. Senaman yg. saya buat dlm PS2 (Yourself fitness) tak ada dance. Macam senaman biasa juga ada knee up, jogging, jump jack, jump squat, work out guna dumbell , stretching dll. |

FS nak tanya la senaman apa yg kiter buat utk hips kiter... Tak balance betol badan FS .. Upper part kecik lower part beso ... pear shape...
Dah la pear shape nak firm kan sket punggung and peha.. all the rest of my body rasa mcm dah satisfied dah....
Satu lagi nak tanya.. baca dlm tread ni skipping tu mcm tak bagus.. betol ke???? :stp: |

mula2 jer malas miss_sepet...once dah start exercise...tak terasa dah malas2 tuh....
mcm elecom dulu2..time cuti jer bergolek kat rumah..malas nak gerak....tp bila elecom start ber exercise nih....mmg takleh duduk diam...badan laju jer nak bergerak ke sana ke sini...tak reti nak stop :gila: |
