penah masa lepak medan selera... oda pull tea kureng manis.. skali bawak yg manis jgk...  pastu det tersound.. nk bunuh aku ke ape neh... kalo slow xpe gak.. abes org tgk..

mlm td ada majlis maulud.. mcm biasa la.. hidang nasik putih..lauk bleh tahan.. gulai ikan aya a.k.a tongkol.. bau sedap gila.. lauk nasik dagang kn.. mmg sedap le.. tp x makan pun.. minum air je.. air plak manis gila.. huhu

   memang pun walaupun cd tu nampak senang..syik masa mula2 nak buat memang gagap gak la....
kalau nak step y senang download  zumba special K...dulu ada kt youtube, tapi skrg mcm dah takde..

zumba nie memang fun...step simple n mudah..


~kalau nak beli cd senaman kurang wanita seksi meksi beli cd The Biggest Loser.. y slim dlm cd tu cuma trainer jer.. y dok belakang2 semua peserta The Biggest Loser y gemuk2 tu.. sekurang2nya rasa tercabar sikit la tgk y gemuk2 pun boleh buat, takkan kita tak boleh...hehehe...

hari nie copy ayat dari mamber syik mengenai fakta tentang penimbang ~ y sering jadi kwn baik or musuh kita..
it can be a good guide if you weigh yourself everyday (once a day), every morning (clothes off, after berak/mandi) so that you get guidance secara kasar, and then you can think back what you have been doing yesterday and what you have been eating.. provided you get a real good reliable scale, not cap ayam. when you workout hard, your weight can naik also, due to water retention during body sore.... so don't get discourage when you dah workout mcm nak rak tp berat naik.. workout is nothing but good. jaga sodium intake because this will cause water retention too. and also take note that your weight can also naik when you are almost due to dtg haid. weighing scale is good and cheap method to give you basic guidance, but jgn obses, and you can always rely on measuring tape. this one don't lie.

gula berlebihan, garam berlebihan, bersantan & bergoreng..

saya pernah ada kawan cina sorg ni tegur, eh kenapa ye org melayu ni suka makan lauk pauk yg berendam dalam minyak? bila dia kata gitu, saya baru perasan masyallah betul la kawan tu cakap.. bila kita tgk lauk kari, rendang, sambal etc yg dijual di kedai, minyak yg berada di lapisan teratas tu tebalnya, mau seinci.. maybe itulah punca masyarakat kita ni mudah gemuk & kena kencing manis & darah tinggi.. lepas tu setiap kali nampak lauk pauk terendam minyak, mesti terigt kawan chinese ni..

#p.s: pada det, sorry awal2 ye.. pasal mak det kan tukang masak.. jgn terasa plak saya cite ni
