cheese philadelphia tu halal. termasuk cheese keluaran anchor. sbb kedua-duanya ade tanda halal.

kalau nk beli whipping cream, sy ade tgk yg jenama anchor kat bakery ade tanda halal. tp dkt supermarket xde pulak. so i'll just buy yg ade tanda halal tu walaupun jauh nak gi kedai bakery tu. sometimes mmg confuse. tp slama ni memang tak berani beli jenama emborg sume tu. very suspicious. especially yg dlm tin pakai noze tu. org kata yg jenis tu mmg ade kandungan tak halal sbb nak bagi tahan lama dlm bentuk camtu.

another one, masa my mum dok di uk,biskut digestive mcvite tu dulu pernah dikategorikan haram, so sy check kat list barangan halal di us, biskut digestive ni tak termasuk, so kene hati2 rasenye. try cari biskut jenama lain


so, pada penjual kek especially cheesecake tu, hati2 la. sbb kita nk bagi org lain makan. takut terbagi yg haram. kite gak yg berdosa.

klu guna susu segar boleh tak? sukatan ikut sukatan air je, boleh?

boleh...ni apa yg maisya pernah buat guna homemade cheese ni....soft cotton cheesecake, parfait, cheesecake, tiramisu, cheese tart

apa-apa jenama susu tepung pun ok( nespray ke fernleaf ke ...) tapi guna susu tepung yg jenis instant(ada tulis kat paket tu INSTANT)

kalau nak guna susu segar boleh try resepi yg ni, tapi 2 kali maisya try guna susu segar... tak berapa nak jadik , cheesenya dapat sikit je berbanding guna susu tepung. Cara-cara dia sama la dengan yg resepi guna susu tepung tu.

dari segi rasa..camne eh? kek dan tiramisu, tart etc yg buat guna cheese cottage ni? lebih kurang kalau guna cheese phill tu ke? dan berat cheese tu sama jerlah ikut resepi ya?

tak berapa pandai nak compare sebab setakat ni cuma 2 kali je pernah beli Philadephia Cheese tu....tapi insyaallah taste cheese tu memang ada la. Yup, sukatan ikut macam biasa.

HUjung minggu ni nak try buat sendiri cheese ikut apa yang diajarkan kat sini...anak2 suka makan cheese cake...nanti kalau dah jadi, anis bagitau kat sini dari segi rasa dia, tekstur dia....

Mlm tadi dah try wat cheese ikut resepi yg maisya tepek tu. Tp wat guna fresh milk.
Mmg senang je nak wat tu. Mcm tak sangka lak.
1 liter susu blh dpt dlm 220 gram.

Nak tanya maisya, dia nyer tekstur tu mmg pejal sket ke?
Bila gaul dgn garam mcm berderai je.
Pastu tambah yogurt baru dia rasa lembut sket.
Cuma rasa dia tak kuat mcm yg beli tu la.
Bila compare dgn cream cheese yg beli (Philadelphia),
Yg beli lebih creamy, halus dan padat.
Mcm mana nak dpt creamy2 yg mcm tu ek?

Whey milk tu blh guna tuk benda2 lain ke?
Atau buang je?
Lg satu, masa gaul dgn garam tu, terlebih la plak
Tak de la masin sgt, tp terasa la rasa garam tu.
Tak pe ke?
Bape lama blh tahan cheese ni.

wah...first time buat dah jadik...tahniah!..maisya first time buat haritu cheesenya dapat secoet je...

utk dapatkan tekstur yg smooth maisya tekan cheese tu kat penapis yg halus...so cheese yg keluar tu cantik skit teksturnya.

tak tahu la boleh tahan lama mana sebab selalu guna dalam sehari dua je.

whey milk tu boleh guna utk buat roti(sebagai ganti air)
