ok ni saya buh carta pemakanan tuk bb 6-8 bulan
tang cereals, sayur & buah2an tu daku ikut lah TAPI protein & dairy tu tak ikut pun....

Dah ada bagi cheese kat bb umo 7 bln tak.. tgk resepi nie cam nak cuba jek..
Kentang, Brokoli, Keju Berkrim Sesuai untuk bayi umur 10 bulan keatas...
Bahan-bahan - Kentang saiz kecil 1 biji
- Keju cedar 1 keping
- Brokoli 2 'pokok' kecil
- 2-3 sudu air suam, susu ibu atau bancuhan susu yang bayi minum.
Cara membuatnya - Rebus kentang dengan kulitnya yang sudah dibersihkan sehingga empuk.
- Rebus brokoli sehingga masak.
- Siat kulit kentang, potong untuk mudah dimasukkan ke dalam pengisar.
- Masukkan semua bahan dalam pengisar dan kisar sehingga halus berkrim.

Chicken Puree Recipe with Carrots & Apple
Introduce your baby to chicken with this tasty chicken puree recipe. The carrots and apple add a sweetness and flavour that babies love and give the puree a smoother texture. You could also make this using sweet potato instead of the carrots.
Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion, peeled and chopped
350g/12oz carrots, peeled and sliced
250ml/8 fl oz unsalted chicken stock or use water with a bay leaf
1 chicken breast (approx. 125g/4oz)
1 small apple, cored, peeled and chopped
Method
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion till softened. Add the sliced carrots, pour over the chicken stock or water and bay leaf and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, then cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken into pieces and add to the carrots together with the chopped apple, and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf if necessary. Puree in a blender and then spoon some of the puree into your baby’s bowl and serve lukewarm. Freeze the remainder in individual portions. |

setakat ni alhamdulillah ...dia mkn jer apa yg daku masak....asal nak suap jer nganga... ...kdg2 dah buntu nak buh apa lg dlm bubur... |

Speed, anak Aefy sehari makan 4 kali..... pagi kol 8.. tghari kol 12.. ntt kol 5 ptg.. then mlm lg (kekdg je)
Dah mkn.. nanti menyusu sebotol lg.. pantang nampak org mkn.. dia pon nak jugak... |

isi ketam (mummy pkai yg cam org buat stemaboat tu)

kcg peas
cara:
tumis bwng sekejap...pastu masukkan air...masukkan carrot..biar jap bg lembut...pastu masukkan kcg peas...then last masukkan isi ketam tu...biar jap, then siap...
aisyah makan, tp dia kemam2 isap2 air pastu buang...stress!!! |

susu segar/susu FM/susu ibu(yg ni tak pnh try)

margerin/minyak jetun/minyak masak
roti sekeping
air sket
cara2
cairkan majerin,tumis bwng
masuk labu,kacau jap.masuk air
bila menggelegak,masuk susu
pastu masuk bancuhan tepung
pastu last skali koyak2kan roti masuk dlm tu
biar menggelegak lg
masuk garam sket kalo nak
tunggu sejuk.blend
dah siap
labu tu leh tukar kpd ayam,mushroom atau benda2 lain
baby sy suka walau umur dah dekat setahun
dah dia takleh mkn benda lain,itu je yg dia nak..takleh terima lg benda yg tak blend/keras

anak aku dah umur 1 tahun 6 bulan.. sume pon dia makan.. bubur taknak.. nak nasik lauk lauk mcm kita ni.. takpe ke... 
lately, biasanya lunch and dinner (kol 7) makanan dia, nasi putih, sup ayam/ikan atau sayur lemak bubuh udang, tempe goreng.
breakfast plak, roti butter or roti telur, nasi goreng...
mcm org besar makan kan?

setiap kali perkenal dia mknanan baru dia ok jer..tak memilih..
nestum dia ok ( beras & beras merah)
bubur nasi campur carrot dgn kentang pon dia ok..
yg dia tak suka puree kentang ( yg ni mmg tak sedap) dan puree carrot
biskut rusk ada gak bg time dia lapa..
baby bite bg time dia kaco org berbuka..
heinz dlm botol tu aku beli sweetcorn dgn strawberi lom try
aku makanan ank aku semua aku rasa..nk tau sedap ke tak.. |
