Kenapa ice tak bole
Akak nasi takde takpe tapi air putih mesti cold with ais.
Tapi akak Dah mula amalkan warm water with potongan lemon in the morning before brekfas.

iolss mkn semalam 1 ..tapi tak membuangg plak arini..iolss mmg ada masalah membuang..so i assume b ...
Iols actually beli trudolly becoz of the detox tablets sebab my skin mmg takda prob coz mmg dah bertahun consume whitening/kolagen supplements.... iols baca ada yg terus menjadi but for me tak menjadi myb age and metabolisma factor kot... |

Minum ais perut buncit.. 
The best is amalkan air putih, sugar drinks ni once i a while jer and bila mkn jgn sulam ngan air... minum air putih after setengah jam..
