Dulu masa zaman persekolahan, teringat makan sengkuang atasnya bubuh sambal merah. Tp x tau nak buat sambal tu... Boleh x share klu ada sesapa yg reti ...

dolu dolu saya ske makan mcm nie..
saya panggil sengkuang calit..
biasanya kat sini derang letak kuah campur2..
hitam dgn yg merah..pehtu tabur kacang atau bijan..
aiyakk..sori...lari topik laa pulok!

haaa kengkawan yg mana ada resepi nie..tepek laa kat ikaira..

MIl maklang dulu niaga sengkuang ni ler...ada letak kacang, udang geragau yg digoreng..sedappp..tapi lupa plak nak mtk resepi...nxt mth balik kg, nanti mklang tanyakan....

saye ada beberape soklan nak tanye mengenai kek..hehe..
1) nape asal saye bakar kek dlm oven jek, atas tu mesti garing? suhu salah ke, atau salah pukul?
2) nape kek saye slalu keras + bentat?
problem2 ni jadik kalau bakar pakai oven jek..kalau kukus ok plak..nape yer?ada tak yg sudi jawab?

oven choc oven yg mcm mana?
kalau oven yg kecik tuu..biasanya kena kurangkan suhu..jgn terlampau panas..
kalau cepat garing atas posibility..choc guna function api atas dan bawah..betul ker?
kalau risau kek garing kat atas..amik tudong peyok..tudung kat acuan kek tuh..
kek bantat mcm mana tu??resepi kek apa yg choc wat..
mungkin bancuhan dan teknik yg salah kot..mungkin...

hurmm...slalunyer saye gune api atas bawah..
maybe la..oven tu cepat panas..slalu kalau resipi tulis 180..saye letak 160 jek..tapi still garing..so pastu kene tutup ngan tudung peyok la yer?tq eh..hehe..

pasal kek bantat tu..tak kesah la kek ape pun..asal pukul2 telor ngan gula jek, kek saye sure keras + bantat..nape eh?
slalu kalau pukul sampai kembang tu berapa lame?15 minit ada tak?
ke over pukul tu?
hhihih..
frust betol...asal buat kek je tak menjadi..

recipe kek mana satu......kalau butter cake ada cara pukul......fast sekejap, then slow hingga slowest.....boleh memakan masa 1/2 jam hingga smooth dan tak ada bubbles.....kek bantat sebab berair....

nak tanya skit, ari tu gi carefour, nampak slice ayam ni.. nak beli tapi tak tau cara masak nyer...

Kalau kita nak buat letak lapisan dlm sandwich, slice ayam ni kena rebus ker atau buat macam mana ?
