for shin - kena beli yg besar sikit sebab if nak buat BC and all that for 3 tiers wed cakes, mmg tak larat nak byk kali pukul teck

jom berCongo bar - teck/lilo/soda/moon

CONGO BARS

Ingredients
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened - I used 150g Anchor brand butter
1 lb. light brown sugar (Oh my and thank you!) - I used 320g
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips - I used 250g chopped valrhona (55%)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional) - I didnt use.. dont feel like it

By mixer
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each addition.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Stir in chips and then pecans.

By hand
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.

Coat a 13 X 9 pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish.
Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake!




315 gm tepung gandum
2 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
1/2 sudu kecil garam
150 gm butter
320 gm gula perang - boleh kurangkan
3 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
250 gm chocolate chips
1 cawan kacang pican atau apa2 kekacang - optional
Kepingan badam untuk taburan - optional

Ayak tepung, baking powder dan garam dalam bekas besar dan ketepikan.
Dalam bekas lain campurkan gula perang bersama mentega dan kacau rata sehingga butter melarut.
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebijik dan putar sebati.
Masukkan esen vanila.
Masukkan tepung , baking powder dan garam yang telah di ayak dan kacau rata. Akhir sekali masukkan chocolate chips dan kekacang dan gaul sempurna.
Tuangkan adunan kedalam tin pembakar ukuran 13 X 9 yang telah digris dgn butter dan dialas dgn kertas minyak.
Ratakan permukan adunan dan taburkan kepingan badam dan chocolate chips jika suka sebagai hiasan.
Bakar pada suhu 170C selama lebih kurang 30 minit atau sehingga permukaan atasnyer kuning keemasan. Jangan terlebih bakar.

iols selalu buat congo bar, senang dan cepat especially kalo nak bawak pi rumah org terpengaruh ngan k ita kekdahnyer.. nah gambar lama versi almond flakes dh habis

tu lar kan, spare parts kat sini mmg mahal sgt, BM yg local pun dah beratus for extra bowl

kawan2 yg mmg kerja meroti jer selalu complain sebab pemukul tu mahal lar, kalau spring dah terkeluar ada yg cari apek kedai utk nak welding balik
